Just as we take the time to listen and learn everything we can about your company , we take the time to listen and learn everything we can about each candidate. Before any candidate is sent to you for an interview, he or she is thoroughly screened. And to ensure a match in personalities and work ethic, each candidate is personally interviewed by your Sudina Consultant. 

Most of our candidates are not actively conducting a job search. In many cases a professional will come to Sudina Search, initiating a low-profile search with a specific set of requirements in order to make a move.

Before any resume is presented to our client, the candidate will be told the specific job responsibilities, salary and company - unless the assignment is a confidential replacement.

The advantage to this "matching" philosophy is that our clients only interview candidates who have a high degree of interest in their organization. Why invest the time interviewing someone who is not interested in your company?
