Joan began her career with Sudina Search as an Accounting recruiter in September 1987. Joan graduated from Loyola College in Maryland with a BBA in Accounting in 1985. Prior to joining Sudina Search, Joan was employed as a Financial Systems Analyst for a public financial institution. As an active volunteer in the Baltimore area, she is a member of the Junior League of Baltimore and supports, through volunteer service, the South Baltimore Homeless Shelter.
