We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative HR Manager to lead our HR Department. You’ll act as a strategic business partner to the organization and will be responsible for directing and/or performing daily HR functions including recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, and legal compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree required, HR certification a plus
- 5 years HR Management experience including benefits, recruiting, employee relations, performance, legal compliance
- Experience working in a small-mid size family-owned business also a plus
